The Constitution of Reminiscence
[Preamble]
We the Players of Reminiscence ordain this Constitution in order to establish a better Unity, provide for a Defense against Harassment and Abuse, create a more organized Administration, and acknowledge a Constitutional Monarchy.
[Article I]
The Executives of Reminiscence
Section 1 – The Owner
All superior Powers and final decisions are reserved by the Owner.
The Owner manages all official Executives and Agencies within Reminiscence’s jurisdiction.
The Owner’s orders are absolute to any Player within Reminiscence.
The Owner may dismiss, demote, promote, or reinstate any Staff member without Question and revoke any Dismissal or Demotion another Executive has performed.
The Owner’s actions must fall within reasonable bounds of the intentions of the Players and plead for the greater Good.
Section 2 – Administrators
All Powers granted to Administrators are by the will of the Owner.
All orders given to Administrators by the Owner must be followed or may result in demotion or withdrawal of all Powers.
The Administrators may expel any lower ranking Executives, but cannot expel any Staff member reinstated by the Owner without His consent and a period of one Month.
Administrators’ orders to lower ranking Executives are absolute provided that they are reasonable and non-abusive.
Administrators are Players, and therefore are not exempt from the law.
When vacancies appear for any Administrator position, it is ultimately up to the Owner whether the position remains vacant or is filled by another Player.
The Administrator’s actions must fall within reasonable bounds of the intentions of the Players and plead for the greater Good.
Section 3 – Moderators
All Powers granted to Moderators are by the will of the Owner.
The Chief Moderator may expel any Moderator or lower ranking Executive, but cannot expel any Staff member reinstated by the Owner without His consent and a period of one Month.
All orders given to Moderators by the Owner or Administrators must be followed provided that they are reasonable and non-abusive or will result in demotion or withdrawal of all Powers.
Moderators’ orders to lower ranking Executives are absolute provided that they are reasonable and non-abusive.
Moderators are Players, and therefore are not exempt from the law.
When vacancies appear for any Moderator position, it is ultimately up to the Owner whether the position remains vacant or is filled by another Player.

Section 4 – Interns
All Powers granted to Interns are by the will of the Owner.
An Intern may be appointed to his or her Position by the Owner with or without a proper election procedure.
Interns are Players, and therefore are not exempt from the law.
When vacancies appear for any Intern position, it is ultimately up to the Owner whether the position remains vacant or is filled by another Player.
The Interns’ actions must fall within reasonable bounds of the intentions of the Players and plead for the greater Good.
Section 5 – The Agencies
All the individual Agencies (Graphics Design and Development) within Reminiscence take charge of their own division.
Each Department is managed by the Chief member(s) if they are any, and in turn these Chiefs are managed by the Owner and Administrators.
The Chief(s) of each Agency may expel any member within the same Agency, but cannot expel any Staff member reinstated by the Owner without His consent and a period of one Month.
Section 6 – Elections, Meetings
Elections for the positions of Internship or semi-staff Departments are started by the Owner or his Representative.
All Players are allowed to vote for one candidate of their choice once.
Although Players' votes may suggest favor for certain candidates, the Owner has direct Power over the results of the Election and appoints the candidate of his Choice for the Good of the server.
The Owner and Administrators may call for meetings for all staff members.
Moderators must request such meetings from the Owner.
Section 7 – The State of Reminiscence
From time to time, the Executives must give Information to the Players regarding the condition of Reminiscence and recommend measures that are necessary for the Good of the server.
Section 8 – Powers and Limits on the Executives
All Powers granted to the Executives are by the Will of the Owner and correspond to their rank on the staff. These Powers should by no means interfere with the Players’ pursuit of Happiness and Liberty unless it is for the purpose of upholding the Game and Forum Rules. Abuse and Harassment of players may result in demotion or withdrawal of an Executive’s Powers.
[Article II]
The Game
Section 1 – Rules
All Game Rules including, but not limited to, the rules found on the Forums and Terms of Service are to be strictly followed by all Players. These Rules may change with or without Notice, but Players are still accountable for these Rules. Failure to abide by any Game Rule may result in Jail time or a Ban.
Section 2 – Donations and Donators
Donators are given special Prizes and few Powers upon donating to the Server. Donators are Players and therefore are not exempt from any Rules.
Section 3 – Guilds
Guilds are not exempt from any Rules and are managed by its Guild Leader. All internal Affairs are dealt by the members and shall receive no Intervention from any other Party as long as it follows all Rules.
Section 4 – Bugs and Exploits, Glitches
All Bugs, Exploits, and Glitches are to be reported to an Executive immediately or posted on the Forums under the Bugs/Glitches section. Abuse of Bugs, Exploits, or Glitches may result in severe Punishment or a Ban.
[Article III]
The Forums
Section 1 – Rules
All Forum Rules including, but not limited to, the rules found on the Forums and Terms of Service are to be strictly followed by all Players. These Rules may change with or without Notice, but Players are still accountable for these Rules. Failure to abide by any Forum Rule may result in a Warn or Ban.
Section 2 -- Warns and Bans
All Players within the staff are exempt from receiving Warns and/or Bans provided that they do not abuse such a Privilege.
All Other Players are not exempt from Warns and/or Bans. Regular Players, including Donators and/or any non-staff Player, will receive Warns if they fail to abide by the Forum Rules and will receive a Ban if they accumulate three Warns.
The First time a Player receives a Ban, the Ban period lasts for a Week.
The Second time a Player receives a Ban, the Ban period lasts for a Month.
The Third time a Player receives a Ban, they are banned Permanently.
Any Player that receives a Permanent Ban or IP Ban is banned forever unless a Forum Executive decides the Player should return to the Community under reasonable Grounds.
[Article IV]
Amendments
This Constitution is subject to Amendments proposed by any Players so long as the Amendment has acquired the approval of at least sixty five percent of the community and the Owner. Amendments are immediately in effect whenever its Conditions are met, and are deemed as Law so long as its conditions are not abusive and/or interfere with the Players' pursuit of Happiness and Liberty.
[Article V]
Ratification
The approval of the Owner and at least seventy five percent of the Executives is sufficient for the Ratification of this Constitution.
In the month of August of the year two thousand and twelve solely for Reminiscence, subscribed upon this Constitution are the Names of its Witnesses who have shown acceptance for its Ratification.
